This organization offers Youth, Disaster Services, First Aid, Injury Prevention, International Tracing and Reunion, Home Support Services, Health Equipment Loan Program (HELP), Meals-to-Seniors and Telephone Reassurance.
Several types of equipment, from wheelchair cushions and elbow crutches to specialized wheelchairs, are loaned to persons over 65 years of age through their government-funded Seniors’ Rehabilitative Specialized Equipment Program. Contact the coordinator at (506) 674-6613. A written referral from an Occupational Therapist is required for this program.
